Front ball joints

I had an advisary on my MOT to replace the dust cover on my top front drivers side ball joint as it was split ( i split it ages ago and didnt worry about it) anyway the part number is QR1408RHT or FTR4049 or MTR 1408R for a ford transit - note this fits both sides driver and passenger. The lower ball joint is from a Fiat 124 part number QSJ 765.
